Hello Everyone!

Thank you for visiting my site. I’d like to introduce myself so you can get to know a little about me.

My name is Agnieszka Sapala and I was born in a small town in Poland. I immigrated to Canada with my Dad when I was nine years old.

We lived in Ingersoll, Ontario at my aunt’s and uncle’s house, it was during this time that I discovered my interest in real estate and architecture. Two years later, my Mom and my siblings joined us in Canada. We moved to London, Ontario where I continued my elementary and high school education, always intending to pursue a career in the future that would align with my newly discovered interests.

Right after high school, I enrolled in the Architectural Technology Program at Fanshawe College. I really enjoyed the program, but I wasn't ready to stop there. Not long after, I enrolled in the Interior Design program at Ryerson University. After graduating from both, I worked for a few companies in Toronto which allowed me to gain experience in interior and architectural design, drafting, staging, and business management.

While in Toronto, I also got married and started planning on having a big family. We decided to move back to London to raise our future family here where our extended family lives.

Before we moved back, we bought an income property in London, and over the next few years, we spent time managing and continuously improving it. During this time, we also welcomed one by one, our four wonderful children, whom I am most and more proud of every day.

During that time as well, I also got an opportunity to design and build our family home. It was a great experience that taught me much and gave me more insights into the building industry that I would not otherwise have had.

In 2019, I started hosting short-term rentals on Airbnb. Currently, I host 3 units which allow me to share these apartments with people from all over the world who might want or need a place to stay. Thank you so much to everyone who stays at my Airbnbs!

Now also licensed as a Real Estate Agent, I am very much looking forward to working with you, whether it is to help you in your home buying or home selling process. I intend to work my hardest and do whatever it takes to make sure I meet all your real estate needs.
